Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the http://www.typeonpoint.com website and the Type on Point• mobile application (the "Service") operated by Type on Point• ("us", "we", or "our").
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
Subscriptions
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis.
Content
Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for the content in which you post. Type on Point• is in no way responsible for the outcomes of your posted content.
Links To Other Web Sites
Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Type on Point•
Type on Point• has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Type on Point• shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services. Any loss incured as a result of using this product is the sole responsibility of the user.
GENERAL REPRESENTATION AND WARRANTY.
You represent and warrant that (i) your use of our Services will be in strict accordance with the Type on Point• Privacy Policy, with this Agreement, and with all applicable laws and regulations (including without limitation any local laws or regulations in your country, state, city, or other governmental area, regarding online conduct and acceptable content, and including all applicable laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from the United States or the country in which you reside) and (ii) your use of our Services will not infringe or misappropriate the intellectual property rights of any third party.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Type on Point•, its contractors, and its licensors, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising out of your use of our Services, including but not limited to your violation of this Agreement.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 5 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
THE RIGHTS OF USERS
Users have the right, at any time, to know whether their Personal Data has been stored and can consult the Data Controller to learn about their contents and origin, to verify their accuracy or to ask for them to be supplemented, cancelled, updated or corrected, or for their transformation into anonymous format or to block any data held in violation of the law, as well as to oppose their treatment for any and all legitimate reasons. Requests should be sent the contact information set out below.
This Application does not support “Do Not Track” requests.

INTRODUCTION
Type on Point• (we” or “us”) values its visitors’ privacy. This privacy policy is effective 9/6/2017; it summarizes what information we might collect from a registered user or other visitor (“you”), and what we will and will not do with it.
Please note that this privacy policy does not govern the collection and use of information by companies that Type on Point• does not control, nor by individuals not employed or managed by Type on Point•. • your Type on Point• user ID and password
• credit card information

If you do provide personally identifiable information to us, either directly or through a reseller or other business partner, we will:
• not sell or rent it to a third party without your permission — although unless you opt out (see below), we may use your contact information to provide you with information we believe you need to know or may find useful, such as (for example) news about our services and products and modifications to the Terms of Service;
• take commercially reasonable precautions to protect the information from loss, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction;
• not use or disclose the information except:
o as necessary to provide services or products you have ordered, such as (for example) by providing it to a carrier to deliver products you have ordered;
o in other ways described in this privacy policy or to which you have otherwise consented;
o in the aggregate with other information in such a way so that your identity cannot reasonably be determined (for example, statistical compilations);
o as required by law, for example, in response to a subpoena or search warrant;
o to outside auditors who have agreed to keep the information confidential;
o to a successor organization in the event of a merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, or other sale or disposition of all or a portion of Type on Point’s assets. The successor organization’s use and disclosure of your personally-identifiable information will continue to be subject to this privacy policy unless (i) a court orders otherwise, for example a bankruptcy court; or (ii) the successor organization gives you notice that your personally-identifiable information will be subject to the successor organization’s own privacy policy, along with an opportunity for you to opt out (which may cause you not to be able to continue to use the Type on Point). OTHER INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We may collect other information that cannot be readily used to identify you, such as (for example) the domain name and IP address of your computer. We may use this information, individually or in the aggregate, for technical administration of our Web site(s); research and development; customer- and account administration; and to help us focus our marketing efforts more precisely.

Type on Point uses “cookies” to store personal data on your computer. We may also link information stored on your computer in cookies with personal data about specific individuals stored on our servers. If you set up your Web browser (for example, Internet Explorer or Firefox) so that cookies are not allowed, you might not be able to use some or all of the features of our Web site(s).
EXTERNAL DATA STORAGE SITES
We may store your data on servers provided by third party hosting vendors with whom we have contracted.
YOUR PRIVACY RESPONSIBILITIES
To help protect your privacy, be sure:
• not to share your user ID or password with anyone else;
• to log off the Type on Point• Web site when you are finished;
• to take customary precautions to guard against “malware” (viruses, Trojan horses, bots, etc.), for example by installing and updating suitable anti-virus software.
NOTICE TO EUROPEAN UNION USERS
Type on Point’s operations are located primarily in the United States. If you provide information to us, the information will be transferred out of the European Union (EU) to the United States. By providing personal information to us, you are consenting to its storage and use as described herein.
INFORMATION COLLECTED FROM CHILDREN
You must be at least 13 years old to use Type on Point’s Web site(s) and service(s). Type on Point• does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. (See the [U.S.] Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act.)
CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We reserve the right to change this privacy policy as we deem necessary or appropriate because of legal compliance requirements or changes in our business practices.
